Okmulgee Schools

All breakfast served with juice. Choice of 1% or Fat Free Milk offered each day at breakfast and lunch. For high school, juice and salad bar are offered daily for lunch and a fruit bar at both meals.

Monday: Breakfast: Pancake, Sausage, Syrup, Applesauce

Lunch: Enchilada, Refried Beans, Mixed Fruit

 

Tuesday: Breakfast: Cereal, Peaches

Lunch: Primary: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, Bread Stick, Buffet di Insalate, Brownie

 

Wednesday: Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Peaches

Lunch: BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Banana

 

Thursday: Breakfast: PS: Breakfast Pizza, Pears; Dunbar/HS: Muffin, Bacon

Lunch: Primary: Corndog, Roasted Carrots, Apple Slices; Dunbar/HS: Pizza

 

Friday: No School

 

Morris Schools

All meals served with fruit and milk. Breakfast also served with juice and cereal option. PB&J is an option each day for lunch.

Monday: Breakfast: Muffins

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo, Bread Stick, Green Beans

 

Tuesday: Breakfast: Sausage Roll

Lunch: Walking Taco, Pinto Beans

 

Wednesday: Biscuit, Sausage, Gravy

Lunch: Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Pickle

 

Thursday: Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll

Lunch: Chicken Strips, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Roll

 

Friday: No School

 

Beggs Schools

Milk variety and cereal options plus toast offered daily for breakfast.  Extra fruit and vegetable options available for lunch on salad bar.  Milk variety and water offered at lunch.

Monday: Breakfast: French Toast w/Berries or Ham & Cheese Biscuit, Cheese Stick, Pears, Grape Juice

Lunch: Pizza Pasta Bake or Popcorn Chicken, Garlic Toast, Garden Salad, Grapes

 

Tuesday: Breakfast: Muffin or Egg Omelet, Toast, Peaches, Orange Juice

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo w/French Bread or Chicken Tenders, Peas, Fruit Salad

 

Wednesday: Breakfast: Biscuit and Gravy & Sausage Patty or Pancakes, Toast, Pineapple Chunks, Orange Juice

Lunch: Chili Dog or Corndog, Potato Puffs, Black-Eyed Peas, Applesauce

 

Thursday: Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs or Waffles, Bacon, Toast, Peaches, Apple Juice

Lunch: Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce & Garlic Toast or Mozzarella Dunkers w/Marinara, Green Beans, Pears

 

Friday: Breakfast: Breakfast Nachos or Donuts w/Cheese Stick, Pears, Grape Juice

Lunch: Cheeseburger or Chicken Sandwich, Potato Puffs, Baby Carrots, Peaches

 

Preston Schools

Choice of fat free and low fat flavored white or chocolate milk and chilled fruit served daily for lunch and breakfast. Cereal option and orange juice served daily for breakfast.

Monday: Breakfast: Breakfast Pizza, Toast

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo or Mozzarella Dunkers or PB&J, Broccoli, Italian Bread

 

Tuesday: Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll, Yogurt

Lunch: BBQ Pork Nachos or Bird Dog or Watermelon Salad, Refried Beans, Cornbread

 

Twin Hills School

All meals served with white or chocolate milk.  Salad bar available for lunch

Monday: Breakfast: Combos, Pears

Lunch: Corndogs, Carrots, Apples

 

Tuesday: Breakfast: Biscuits & Gravy, Sausage, Pears

Lunch: Taco Soup, Cornbread, Pears

 

Wednesday: Breakfast: French Toast Sticks, Pears

Lunch: Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Mandarin Oranges, Roll

 

Thursday: Breakfast: Ham & Egg Biscuit, Apples

Lunch: Spaghetti, Spinach Leaves, Peaches
