Leo Lee Hicks, a resident of Checotah, died April

13, 2024, at the age of 57. He was born May 27,

1966, in Claremore to Leo Lee and Liza Hicks, Sr. Lee graduated from Henryetta High School in the class of 1985 and worked as a welder.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April

18, 2024, at Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church, with Rev. Mitchell Taylor and Rev. Eugene Whitlow officiating. Interment was held at Weogufkee Church Cemetery under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
