OPS to host 5K Fundraiser

Get ready to lace up your running shoes for a worthy cause! Okmulgee Primary School is hosting a 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run next month to raise money for new playground equipment and additional play spaces for students. The event is set to begin Thursday, May 9, beginning with the fun run at 8:30 a.m. followed by the 5K run beginning at 8:45 a.m. Both races will start at Okmulgee Primary School.

An entry fee of $25 per person will include a complimentary t-shirt for participants who register by April 30.

Interested individuals seeking to be a part of this community endeavor are invited to return their registration forms and payment to Okmulgee Primary by the Tuesday, April 30, deadline.
