Christopher Wray, Director of the FBI, in recent congressional hearings informed us of “the unprecedented increase in terrorist threats to the United States” and that the danger indicated thereby has moved “to a whole new level” with the growing tensions in our world. Others from different news outlets have concurred with his comments stating that it is not a matter of “if ” but “when” there will be another major terror attack on our homeland that could dwarf 9/11 with property damage and loss of life.
