Arthur Francis, Jr., a resident of Henryetta, died April 7, 2024, in Tulsa, at the age of 67. He was born January 3, 1957, in Pomona, Calif. to Arthur and Helen (Wind) Francis Sr. Arthur was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division. He married Patricia McCroskey on August 13, 2012, and worked as an electrician and later an automotive warehouse with Patricia.
