Tonyia Jean Stevens-Mallonee

Tonyia J. Stevens-Mallonee, passed away at her home in Beggs on March 26, 2024, after battling a lengthy hospital stay following a tragic accident. She was born in Sapulpa on August 22, 1971, to Earnest and Rosemary (Shelton) Ferreira.

Tonyia grew up in Keifer, then her family briefly moved to Beggs, but moved back to Keifer, where she graduated from Keifer High School.

Tonyia worked at the Beggs Drive-In before starting her career as a Deputy Clerk at the Creek County Courthouse. It was when she was working in Beggs that she met Randy. They later married in February of 2001.

Tonyia enjoyed riding in the Razor and exploring the local countryside. She loved listening to music and sharing her love of it with others. She and Randy thoroughly August 22, 1971 – March 26, 2024

enjoyed gathering their friends together and just hanging out.

Tonyia is preceded in death by her dad, Earnest Ferreira, Sr. She is survived by her husband Randy Mallonee; mother Rosemay Ferreira; son Dylan Stevens; step-children Tiffany Flanigan, Taylor Mallonee, and Brooke Mallonee; seven grandchildren; brothers Donald Murray, Covey Murray, and Earnest Ferreira Jr.; her three dogs, Pepper, Jasper, and Rip; and many dear friends and loved ones.

Viewing will be Monday, April 1, 2024, from 1-7 p.m. at McClendon- Winters Funeral Home of Beggs. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Lighthouse in Bixby, with Rev. Marion Daniels and Pastor Rodney Stacey officiating. Committal will immediately follow at Tuskegee Cemetery.
