Hazel Jackie Summers, known affectionately as Jackie, passed away peacefully at her home in Moore on March 5, 2024, at the age of 75. She was born on March 1, 1949, to William Oscar and Elsie Blanch (Meek) Blair in Eufaula.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Integrity Funeral Service, with Rev. Michael Branum officiating. At the request of the family and Jackie, the casket will remain closed.

Interment will follow the service at Dustin Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Hazel Jackie Summers at www.act.alz. org.
