There is the question. Many people have asked me, “Can a person change?” When asked that, I want to get into a long discussion because of the ramifications of what they are asking. However, in this column, I don’t have the space to get into all I would like to say; therefore, I give this brief answer, “yes” and “no.” But as you can see, even in a brief answer there are issues.
