Skip asked what I was making for dinner at the beginning of February. I made up the recipe for this week and didn’t know what to call it at the time so my response was a sausage in a skillet with something. He popped off that was what I should do for my column for March. Well guess what, that’s what I did. So here we are with a column full of smoked sausage skillet somethings. They were good too! LOL!
