Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (TDVAM) originated in the United States in February 2006, propelled by a collective effort to address the alarming rates of dating violence among teenagers. Since then, it has evolved into a global campaign aimed at raising awareness about the prevalence of teen dating violence and promoting healthy relationships.
