Cecilia Allen, 85, died Sunday morning, December 31, 2023, in Okmulgee. The Hour of Remembrance for Cecilia will commence Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church – South in Beggs.

Visitation at Keith D. Biglow Funeral Home in Okmulgee will be held Friday, January 12, 2024, from 1-6 p.m.

Burial will immediately follow the services in at Beggs City Cemetery.
