FNB celebrates talent with recent promotions, awards

FNB is proud to announce a series of promotions within their team, recognizing the dedication and outstanding contributions of staff. This year, they also celebrate the achievements of two exceptional employees with the prestigious Chairman and President’s Awards.

— Promotions for 2023

• Missy Peeler has been elevated to Senior Vice President (SVP). Joining FNB in 2012, Missy has been instrumental in handling Human Resource functions, demonstrating a commitment to employee welfare and community involvement.

• Teresa Lee, now SVP, began her journey with FNB in 1998. Teresa’s growth from a teller to a pivotal role in the loan department exemplifies her unwavering dedication and leadership.

• Matthew Martin is promoted to Vice President (VP). Starting as a teller in 2011, Matthew’s progression to AVP/Lending is a testament to his commitment to customer service and community engagement.

• Ashley Summers is now an Assistant Vice President (AVP). Ashley’s journey from a loan officer to supervising the New Accounts Department showcases her leadership skills and community involvement.

• Paige Couch has been appointed as a Banking Officer. Paige’s journey from a teller to the Bookkeeping Supervisor highlights her adaptability and determination.

• Brittany Coates, now a Banking Officer, has shown remarkable growth since joining FNB in 2019. Her dedication to customer service and personal development is commendable.

• Ashley Summers has been honored with the Chairman Award, acknowledging her exceptional leadership and positive impact within FNB and the community.

• Sean Mannon receives the President’s Award, celebrating his significant contributions and unwavering commitment to excellence at FNB.

These promotions and awards reflect FNB’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and maintaining a strong connection with the community. Congratulations to team members on their well-deserved achievements and look forward to their continued success.
