Another good time of fun, friendship, fellowship, food and games (as in Coleman’s pie bingo) took place Tuesday for the 15 pie winners of our annual Lions-Rotary Coleman’s Pie Bingo joint meeting. There were 17 Lions and nine Rotarians in attendance, with 10 Lions winners and five Rotary pie winners. Lion winners were Rev. Dale Fillmore, Matthew Martin, Dan Anderson, David Fetgatter, Ron Martin, Kelly Baehler, Morgan Alexander, Alicia Dudley, Duaine Janzen and Larry Howell. Rotary winners were: Dr. Miranda Ruleford, Dru Sample, Rosie Lynch, Julie Roberds and Jeanette Taylor. A marvelous and scrumptious meal was prepared and served by the Rotary Club members. And the deserts were just as tasty and scrumptious. The only thing lacking was joining hands in a circle singing, “What the world now is love, pure love. It’s the only thing that there’s just too little of.” So, if you meet someone without a smile this Christmas season, give them one of your biggest and bestest, and we’ll all be blessed.
