Get those tickets ready for Thursday evening as Okmulgee Main Street will hold the drawing for the 2023 Sparkle Spree.
Who will win the $500 cash grand prize? Well, you must be present at 6 p.m. on the square in downtown Okmulgee.
“Join us on the north side of the Muscogee Nation Council House lawn on Thursday, at 6 p.m.,” Okmulgee Main Street Director Heather Sumner said. “We will be drawing for several prizes ranging from $50-$500 for a grand total of $2,000.”
The Grand Prize at the Sparkle Spree drawing is $500, the remainder of the winners will be given in Main Street Bucks, which can be spent just like cash at participating businesses.
Residents can still collect tickets until Thursday afternoon at any of the participating merchants.
As of press time Tuesday, there were two unclaimed tickets still out there from last Friday’s drawing. They are:
• Red ticket from Neal’s Homestore #6163790
• Yellow ticket from OCHS Thrift Store #092612 The winners have until Thursday to claim your $250 in Main Street Bucks, which can be spent just like cash at participating stores.
