February 10, 1942 – October 28, 2023

Charlene Avene Neal-Thompson was born February 10, 1942, to Thomas and Clara Bell Neal in Tulare Calif. She passed away on October 28, 2023, in Blanchard, at the age of 81.

Family will be greeting friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-5 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2023, at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Jacob Rule officaiting. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
