Kathrine Jo Northcross

On October 20, 2023, the good Lord called Kathrine Jo Northcross (Fowler), also known as ‘Mammaw,’ home. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Phillip Northcross, Sr.; her mom Rosabess Smith; her dad Joseph B. Fowler; her stepdad Carl Smith; her brother Melvin (Peanut) Fowler; and her daughter in law Jolene Northcross. She leaves behind her three children, son Phillip D. Northcross, Jr. and wife Tamera Northcross, son Daniel Northcross, daughter Katrina Jackson and husband Guy Jackson; her grandchildren Destiny Thompson and husband Chris Thompson, Danni Smith and husband Jeremy Smith, Trey Jackson, and Cassie Northcross. Her sister Mary Myers and brothers Mike, Floyd, Jimmy and Joseph Fowler III. Several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews

September 23, 1948 – October 20, 2023

and cousins. Mom enjoyed playing and singing music with our dad. She also enjoyed fishing, camping and cooking, and was the world’s best at making fried hamburgers. She especially enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. Our mom will be dearly missed by all! We love you momma and Mammaw.

Services were held Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 2 p.m. in the Okmulgee Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors. Burial followed at Salt Creek Wilson Cemetery in Wilson.
