Collection Drive Aiding Therapy Dog Programs
John Neal Jr. and Scott Cowell of Neal’s Homestore are pictured with some of the treats collected for the area therapy dogs, part of the Okmulgee Times’ and Henryetta Free-Lance’s Give a Dog a Bone collection drive. Miss Mace, Henryetta Public School’s Therapy Dog, stopped by the Times office with her handler to pick up the treats and food while on her way to more training. The drive is still underway, so if you have dog food or treats you would like to donate, drop by the Okmulgee Times at 320 W. 6th St. or stop by Neal’s Homestore on N. Wood Drive.
