Harold Wayne Cottrell, Sr., a resident of Okmulgee, died Friday, September 1, 2023, in Okmulgee. He was born April 29, 1948, to Melvin Anderson, Sr. and Ruby Cottrell in Okmulgee.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 1 p.m. at St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church in Okmulgee. Visitation will be held Friday, September 8, 2023, from 1-6 p.m. in The Chapel of Peace of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. of Okmulgee. The Christian Committal will immediately follow the services at Okmulgee Cemetery under the direction of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc.
