This year’s Anchor of Hope Women’s Conference will be held Sept. 2223 at Jubilee Christian Center, located at 12430 N 230 Rd. here in Okmulgee. The theme is “Royalty Chosen – Chosen for such a time as this.” And is based on the book of Esther. This annual conference brings together each year women of all ages and from all walks of life.
The guest speaker will be Pastor Candace Brim of A Glorious Church in Collinsville. She is the wife of Pastor Chip Brim and daughter-in-law of well-known Bible teacher Dr. Billye Brim. She will speak Friday, Sept. 22, at 6:30 p.m. and again on Saturday, Sept. 23, at 9 a.m.
Pastor Colleen Litsey of Jubilee Christian Center and founder of Anchor of Hope Women’s Ministry will be speaking at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23.
On Saturday, there will be an intermission at noon that consists of a free luncheon.
