Times Staff Elizabeth Ponthieux reminds everyone to get their keys at participating businesses marked with a “key” inside today’s issue, but also be sure to stop by the Okmulgee Times office at 320 W. 6th Street during business hours to pick up a free key for an opportunity to win $500 and prizes beginning Wednesday, Aug. 2. Also, if you make a donation of an item to the newspaper’s “Give a Dog a Bone” fundraiser for county therapy animals, you’ll receive an additional key. We will also gladly accept a non-perishable food item too that will be donated to local organization’s food pantry for another key!
