Open house set at Stonefell Chapel
The Winter of 2014 brought a heartbreaking sight to the town of Henryetta as the historic Henryetta Presbyterian Church, built in 1916, began to crumble. Water had seeped into the masonry, freezing, and causing the south wall to begin to collapse. Determined to save the landmark, Dianne and Todd Groff took on the challenge and purchased the building in January 2015, assembling a team of craftsmen to begin the painstaking process of stabilization. They named the venue “Stonefell Chapel” to honor its origins and the journey of its restoration.
