Elver “Lee” Leroy Doerflinger of Sapulpa passed away Monday, March 6, 2023, at the age of 80. Elver was born on June 16, 1942, in El Dorado, Kansas to his parents, Robert and Thelma (Chastain) Doerfinger. Elver proudly served our country in the United States Military for 23 years. A public viewing and visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Schaudt’s Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel, 1329 E. 151st St. S. in Glenpool. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. March 9, 2023, at Beggs Cemetery, with Pastor Jonathan Hanshaw officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt’s Glenpool-Bixby Funeral Service.
