Robert Louis Mall

Robert Louis Mall, Ret. USN AMS1, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023, in Henryetta at 91 years of age. He was born June 6, 1931, in Henryetta to the late Louis Eugene and Ella Nadean Mall. Bob enlisted in the United States Navy on January 20, 1950. He married the love of his life, Alice Robertson, on Labor Day Weekend 1951 in Ft. Smith, Ark. They lived in Texas, Rhode Island, Virginia, Tennessee, California and Hawaii during his Navy career. Bob retired from the Navy on December 9, 1969, transferring to the Fleet Reserve. Bob and Alice moved back to Oklahoma and he returned to work at PPG. When PPG closed, Bob began a career at Braden Winch, where he worked until his retirement in 1993. Bob and Alice began dancing in Junior High School and continued to dance until Alice’s death in 2016. Bob enjoyed woodworking, yard work, collecting coins and photography. He was also an avid reader of Louis L’Amour western novels.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and a son, Robert E. Mall. Survivors include his daughter, Deanna Sue “Susie” Mall Price; granddaughter, Amber Webb, grandsons, Douglas Price and June 6, 1931 – February 25, 2023

wife Julie and Mike Mall and wife Bethany; great grandchildren, Corbyn Webb, Kyler Webb, Maicey Buttery and husband Ethan, Ally Mall, Maggie Mall, Tatum Mall, Reid Mall, Elizabeth Price, Isabel Price, DeAnna Price, Kathryn Price, Ethan McBride, Kayla Ray and Devin Brashers; and great great grandsons, Nailor Buttery and Brim Buttery.

Friends may visit the funeral home on Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 12-6 p.m.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta. Rev. Ryan Wells will officiate and Military Rites will be conducted by the United States Navy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Bob’s tribute page at www.mcclendon- winters.com.
