Pvt. Zachary Paul Lang, son of James and Chirlee Lang of Midwest City, and the Grandson of Bill and Charlena Dunlap of Beggs, enlisted with the Oklahoma National Guard prior to graduating from Carl Albert High School, Class of 2022. He also attended Mid Del Tech for welding, in Midwest City. Pvt. Lang completed U.S. Army Basic Combat Training at the 3rd Battalion, 60th Infantry Regiment, Fort Jackson, S.C. in August 2022. He is currently assigned to Advance Individual Training at Fort Lee, Va., with A-Company, 832nd Ordnance Battalion, MOS 91E- Allied Trades Specialist that includes welding, 3D parts manufacture, plasma cutting, machining and equipment repair. He will complete training in January 2023 and be stationed with Guard Units of the Oklahoma National Guard.
