The Okmulgee, McIntosh and Okfuskee County Health Departments are teaming up to host a series of “Navigating Pregnancy” classes throughout October and November. The series will guide women through their pregnancy by discussing topics such as breathing techniques, gestational diabetes, what to expect at doctor’s visits and more.
